On-site consulting · Bucks County, PA area

On-site operations help

I come to your site to see how the work really happens, fix what's slowing you down, and write SOPs your team will actually follow.

For warehouses, shops, and small operations around Bucks County, Mercer County, and the Philadelphia suburbs. Every visit is planned around your site and your problem.

  • Free call and quote first
  • Travel included within about 30 miles
  • Written findings you keep
  • NDA available

Who it's for

Small and growing operations where the work happens on a floor, not just on a screen.

Small warehouses and distribution centers

Receiving, storage, picking, and shipping that have outgrown "the way we've always done it."

3PLs

Multiple clients, tight accuracy targets, and processes that need to be the same on every shift.

Distributors and wholesalers

Inventory that doesn't match the system, slow putaway, or orders that go out late or short.

Shops and retail backrooms

Stockrooms, e-commerce shipping areas, and parts rooms where things are hard to find.

Small manufacturers

Raw materials, finished goods, and the handoffs between them.

New managers

You just took over a team or a building and inherited a messy operation, with no SOPs and numbers nobody trusts.

What a visit looks like

  1. Quick callA free 20 to 30 minute call about your site, what's going wrong, and what you want fixed. You get a quote before anything is booked.
  2. On-site walkI walk the floor, watch the real work, and talk with your leads and team. No need to clean up first. I want to see a normal day.
  3. Findings and fixesYou get a written list of what's slowing you down, ranked by effort and payoff. Quick wins can often be fixed together while I'm there.
  4. Make it stickSOPs written from what I saw on the floor, plus a simple tracking sheet if it helps, so the fixes hold after I leave.

Why me

I've spent 10+ years in warehouse operations, and I started on the floor. At Amazon I went from an ICQA temp in 2014 to Process Assistant, ICQA Manager, and Operations Area Manager. From 2021 to 2023 I was an ACES Program Manager for continuous improvement, working across Philadelphia-area sites. After that, at Mitsubishi Electric Trane, I helped set up a returns department.

No degree. I learned this on the floor, so I look at how a process runs on a busy day, not just how it looks on paper.

FAQ

Do I need to prep anything?

Not much. Let your team know I'm coming, and have any numbers you already track handy, like counts, error rates, or order volume. Tell me about site rules or PPE ahead of time. There's no need to clean up first. I want to see a normal day.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes. I'm glad to sign yours, or I can send a simple mutual NDA before the visit.

Can you train my supervisors?

Yes. I can walk your leads and supervisors through the new process and SOPs on the floor. That's built into the SOP package and the improvement project, and extra training time can be added at the hourly on-site rate.

What if we're outside the area?

Sites 30 to 60 miles away add a travel fee for mileage beyond 30 miles. Farther than that is by request, so ask. If an on-site visit doesn't make sense, I can also write SOPs and build tracking sheets remotely. Those are on the main page.

Tell me about your site

The free quote takes a few minutes. Pick On-site consulting, tell me what kind of site you run and what's slowing you down, and I'll reply with next steps and a quote.
